The Telangana State Government, along with the local administration, makes elaborate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the Jathara, including special bus and train services, drinking water points, sanitation facilities, medical camps and round-the-clock security, to accommodate the crores of devotees who visit Medaram from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Maharashtra and other neighbouring states.
